Chitvan, Kanha has added another feather in it's cap by becoming the first Wildlife Lodge in the country to have a Helipad in it's premises. With dimensions of 25 metres by 25 metres, it meets all the mandatory requirements of a Helipad. Rated as one of the best Helipads in the area for reasons like, no obstructions en route, and visibility from 5kms. For all important dignatries who do not even wish to drive 30 minutes from the nearest Air strip at Birva, this Helipad comes as a boon. We alsoassist in procuring all necessary permissions.
For those having less time on hand and still very keen to see Kanha National Park, then instead of driving form the closest Airport which is 5 hours, one can also take a private chopper or a flight to the Air Strip which is only 23 kms from Chitvan. Details for the same are as under:
